Guest guest
Hi My 3-year old son (Jeff) has been on the GF/CF diet for two months now. I did not have him tested before starting the diet, and I wonder if I can still do so at this point? The diet is definitely working -- I'm not sure if it's the absence of Gluten or Casein, but his eye contact and temperament improved right away. AND, he started sleeping through the night. YEAH!!! But, I'd like to know (for sure) what food intolerances, sensitivities and allergies my son has. Can someone please advise me if tests can still be done? If so, what should I request from my Doctor? Also, I have a friend who recently had his Autistic son tested for specific IgA and IgG antibodies against Gluten, and a RAST Food panel 20. Results were completely negative. Does this mean his son is not a good candidate for the GF/CF diet? I'd appreciate any and all guidance/advice. Please email me directly. Thanks. Mindy Poist poistmb@...
