Caroline, thats how I did it, casein free first, which took me a good

couple weeks to accomplish and then I went gluten free and all my other

frees. LJ really didn't have any withdrawl problems this way either.

First I did was the bread, then added the cereals, then the munchies,

etc. which took me another several weeks to accomplish and get him ready

for everything.

Good luck with this - the diet becomes so easy after awhile that you

wonder what all the fuss was.
