Ortho at convention -- more on it

Everyone, Dr. has graciously donated his time for the last

couple of conventions, on Thursday evening/night during the opening

exhibit night. He has a table, and basically you stand in line and

he checks your child's mouth and gives you a brief consultation.

He has gotten very interested in the unique oral issues of RSS/SGA

kids, and we've traded emails this past spring.

I have asked him, considering the massive number of RSS/SGA families

attending this summer, if he would be willing to give our group a

dedicated night. He said yes. This information will be mailed to

you within the next week, by my wonderful volunteer Alison

confirmation letter.

So... on Thursday in the exhibit room he will still be there, but

many families from other divisions are going to be in line too.

On Friday night, he will be at the Dr. H visit room doing

consultations for our families. Beginning 6pm, we will take

signups -- these will be taken the way the Dr. H visits used to be

taken. Just 4 years ago, you didn't have a scheduled Dr. H visit

time. You signed up, one after another, and then checked back to

see where your name was, and when it got close, you stood in line,

sometimes for hours.... Ugh, I remember those days!

So, if the line on Thursday isn't real long, jump in and see him

then -- make sure to tell him you are RSS/SGA. Otherwise, wait

until Friday night.
