Guest guest Posted May 14, 2001 Report Share Posted May 14, 2001 My son is allergic to tomatoes so I have been purchasing roasted red peppers in a jar and blending them to make " tomato " sauce...however the brand of peppers I have been buying (without any vinegar) is no longer available....How would I roast fresh red peppers, just clean out and put in the oven?
