Condensed milk and evaporated milk are essentially the same. The difference

is sugar, which is found in condensed, but not in evaporated. To sub for

evaporated milk, which is basically milk with a higher fat content, I use

Rich's Coffee creamer, which is sold in the frozen food section. If you

want it to be more like slim evaporated, than water it down by a 1/4th. You

can also sub Dari free, just up the amount of powder to make it slightly

stronger.
