,

I am in starting the third week of the diet with my son, and I am

finding the same thing. All he does is go to his chair at the table

and want " bup " (up), his signal to eat. He was also been extremely

unhappy, crying (and hitting - something he doesn't usually do), at

the drop of a hat. I hope this wears off soon.

Good luck.

My son seems to eat astonishing amounts of food most of the time too now

since the diet began. First 6 months was normal, but now he eats so much

I even was wondering if he had worms or something. He's only 6 years old

and eats just as much as an adult at meals and is always asking for

snacks non-stop. ``

All I know is that my son is doing the same. He has had a couple days when

he slowed down, but generally he's been eating for close to three months

now. I figure he's got to grow! Which is exactly what I'm waiting for.

He may be trying to get his gluten and casein fix by eating everything in

sight. He also may be really tasting food for the first time and

enjoying all the different tastes and textures. My older son eats like

he has a tapeworm when he's hitting a growth spurt too so that also may

be part of the issue. Good luck with your food bills!
