Export Format UnTomato Sauce 1 16 oz can beets; drained well 2 16 oz. can carrots; drained well 2 tablespoon lemon juice 1 cup water 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon oregano 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon basil 1/2 teaspoon sugar Puree completely in processor. Let sit for several hours in the refrigerator for flavors to blend. Add onion, meat (garlic and Italian seasoning) - (if needed) for spaghetti sauce. Export Format Un-Catsup 1 recipe Untomato Sauce 2 sticks celery; diced fine 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard 1/4 cup onion; chopped 1/2 cup white vinegar; try cider ?? 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 4 tsp sugar Add all ingredients to pan and boil until reduced and thick. Stir frequently to prevent sticking. This usually takes about one hour. Strain sauce. Freeze in small portions.
