Guest guest
Take your red peppers, cut in half, pulling out the seeds. Place under broiler outside of pepper up toward heat. Cook till the skin is burned- mostly blackened. Take out, put in plastic bag and let it steam itself. Then rub with sharp knife the skin off. We can all have tomatoes, but this idea of using red peppers sounds really good. Any other ideas for mock tomato sauce...we >use it on pasta and on his " pizza " and in his tacos.
