Guest guest
Two useful books on ADHD are Kate and Peggy Ramundo, " You Mean I'm Not Lazy, Stupid or Crazy? A Self-Help Book for Adults with ADD. " It's from 1993 so maybe out of date on some stuff, but these women know ADD firsthand. My other big favorite is by the father of an ADD child who suggests that there are hunters and farmers in the world, each with their own talents. Farmers fit in better these days, but the darting attention of hunters has uses, too. This writer, Thom Hartmann, has a couple; the one I know is " ADD Success Stories. " And to second Pam L.., much of my Graves' arose only last year, but I've been ADD as long as I can remember. No one identified it, though, until I heard a program on ADD on Phil Donahue's tv show.
