Guest guest
Betty, Sorry for the delayed response-It takes me a while to catch up on the messages each day. I know what you mean about having the energy to get through the day; I have many days like that too. I guess it's fortunate for me that I had gotten into the habit of exercising before I was diagnosed with Graves. It is difficult to keep up and the only way I'm able to do it is by not sitting down when I get home from work LOL! Once I do that, it's all over! As I said, I have lost 20 of the 40 that I gained and am only trying for 5 more and then will try to maintain that. Other than getting tired easily, I feel pretty much ok most of the time. I do feel shaky most of the time and some muscle weakness as well. I have not had RAI and am only taking atenolol for the racing heart. Trying bugleweed, motherwort, lemon balm, and hawthorn berry in the hopes that I can avoid more agressive treatment. My doc will not prescribe ATDs. Chris > > > > I am hungry all the time too.
