Making ice cream without an Ice Cream Freezer

If you don't have an ice cream freezer, this works

too:

Put your ice cream mixture into a small coffee can,

snap on the lid. Put small coffee can into a larger

coffee can and layer ice and salt around it. Put the

lid on the larger can and place it on it's side on the

floor. Let the kids roll it back and forth on the

ground like a ball, and before long, you'll have great

ice cream. My mom did this all the time when we were

little, it was fun and easy.
