I think you couldn't put it on a website, but individual emails are

personal. What you could do, if this agreed with your conscience, is ask

people to email you privately if they want a copy. Then, if it saves work

for you, wiat a day or two until you have several requests and send it out

to those who have requested; this is no more personal than showing

somebody the flier or making a person a copy. At the top and/or bottom of

each copy, though, you should put that this is not to be publicly

distributed or put on a website, and that people still need to check with

wal-mart and/or read labels. This is something people should allways do

anyway, but covers both you and wal-mart. I'm sure they are worried about

somebody getting sick and then claiming this was on a website somewhere,

though somebody could still do the same with a mailed-out copy. Anyway,

if you decide not to do this, please let us all know how you got the list

so we can get our own. Thanks for your willingness to share with

everybody balanced by a respect for wal-mart's instructions.

I went to the website and emailed them.. Go to this web address

(http://www.walmart.com/cservice/cu_commentsstore.gsp?cu_heading=15).. this

gives you a customer feedback form for the walmart stores.. It's important to

not fill out the form for the website (walmart.com) or they'll kick it back

to you and tell you to do it again. I just wrote in there that I have a 2

year old autistic son and that he's on a GFCF diet (and explained this) and

asked for a list of acceptable Great Value or Walmart/Sam's club brand foods

that would be ok for him to have. It took about 2 or 2 1/2 weeks.

I will scan this if anyone wants me to email it instead.. It is about 10 or

11 pages..

,

I would love a copy of that list too, if it's not too much trouble. My son LOVES

Wal-Mart and is always wanting to get things to eat there, but I am never sure

if they are ok or not, so this list would come in handy for me! :)

Thanks in advance,

Debbie (kelzmom@...)
