Hi again Jen, don't worry about asking all the questions, the list is

here for that and there are others probably waiting to hear these

answers.

LJ was also a 1 to cashews and pork and peanuts. Those items were easily

replaced-

almonds instead of cashews or peanuts

chicken, turkey, etc. instead of pork

I figured since they are so easily replaced why even bother reintroducing

yet another offender. I choose my food battles, and they didn't seem

worth going to war over.

The rice and soy are the only 2 items I reintroduce.

Talk with you later !!

Our IgG list rated foods from 1 to 5, and I was told to eliminate 2s

and up. However, corn was a one, and I know there can be other

problems with corn, so I strictly limited it initially, through

slowly reintroduced it in rotation. Some 2s were very dificult to

eliminate, so those were very limited, then rotated with no

problems. Some not tested items turned out to be big problems,

particularly aspartame (EU currently debating banning it) and

artificial colors & flavors.

Personal suggestion: concentrate on gfcf and the IgG 2s & up until

you reach a comfort level with handling the diet. Then investigate

the 1s, the high phenols, and the artifical additives. Often

individual problems with certain foods, etc., will become obvious

once the major offenders are removed.
