Also someone posted a notice on here awhile back abot a milk spray being used or going to be used on beef to kill ecoli. I don't remember what was being said about it. Just make sure you are getting a pure beef with no fillers. I also choose not to eat beef because of nitrates used on most of it to maintain the red color. Funny how I worry about all this now, and I remember when I use to eat my meatballs raw, before I could even get them in the sauce to cook.
