Another Mocha Mix question...

Sorry, I know we've handled this subject several times. I guess I need a

little more reassurance. It the frozen Mocha Mix ice cream non-dairy

dessert gfcf? The only thing that really worries me on the ingredient list

is modified food starch. It doesn't specify but I figured someone who is

using it would know. Thanks in advance...I'd like a little treat for the

I am not sure what modified food starch is, but it is GFCF. It is on

the list and yes, this question goes round and round. Doesn't it

almost taste too good? No wonder people are always suspicious. LOL

I like the creamer too. It is like whole milk.
