OT - Anybody wanna see pictures?

Nope, not of a cute (GRRR!) RSS kid who grew up...but of her house,

the day after Charley <G>.

This one shows the front of our house looking from the left side.

The branch on the lawn missed our house by about a foot and a half.

The tall guy in the picture is Joe.

A view from our driveway. The trees in front of you are the ones

belonging to the neighbor across the street, that fell towards us.

The one on the left missed Joe's car by 6 inches.

The front of our house looking fron the right side. Our next-door-

neighbor's tree fell between his house and ours, though many of his

upper branches landed on our garage roof. Our tree (the one between

me and Joe) is still standing, though a few branches wound up on our

garage roof too (thanks to the weight of the next-door-neighbor's

tree).

Don't have updated pictures available, but ALL of the trees in these

pictures have now been cut down to the lower/middle trunks, except

for ours (the one between Joe and I in picture 3), which we plan cut

down ASAP, as well.

We got electricity back at 5pm yesterday, never lost water, got

cable/cable modem back at 4pm today. Cell phone service

(AT & T/Cingular) is sporadic at best and house phone might be out

until Wed.
