Guest guest
Got my latest lab results today after being on Unithroid .725 for 3 months and after Orbital Radiation. Not quite sure how to interpret them. The lab is Quest Diagnostics if that makes any difference. T3F 289 Reference Range: 230-420 T4F 1.2 Reference Range: .89-1.76 TSH 1.1 Reference Range: .35-5.50 Thryoglob. Ab. < 2 Reference Range: <2.0 Thy. peroxidase Antibodies 44 Reference Range: <2 Clearly the antibodies are still way high. But they haven't proposed to do anything about it. The TSH is where the endo wanted it with the increase in unithroid. Terri Graves disease 1979; treated with RAI; exothalmia 1982, treated with IV steroids; since then on one or another form of replacement hormone. New flare up of TED with severe double vision, swelling in intraocular muscles and inflammation in August of 2002. Currently hypoactive. Treated TED with prednisone. It worked while on prednisone, but TED came back worse after. Underwent Orbital radiation June-July 2003. No change yet.
