While his bone advanced steadily after showing signs of adrenarche, he had a huge bone age advancement at 8 years old. If we had known then what we know now, he probably should have started the aromatase inhibitor then to prevent that increase. He didn't start it until he was 10 yrs. 4 mos. and this was after a long battle between Dr. H & our local endo. Good luck to you.
