Guest guest
Ok, this is not the nicest way to describe it, so if you are squeamish, please delete. My 2 yo did not have a BM for almost a week; he is strict GFCF. When he finally did last Saturday, it was orange-ish in color and looked like --- forgive me for the description, but it looked like BBQ sauce. We were concerned and called the doctor and decided to take him to the local children's hospital. They did some tests and told us it was interceptious (spelling is off). We were sent home with instructions to give him mineral oil and a fleet enema. This process was repeated twice over the weekend and each time, it seemed that the end result was the same thing -- just an ounce or two of the orange goop again. Can anyone help with this? What can I do to make the bm normal??? I keep a food diary and there have been no changes that I can base on his food intake. Any information is appreciated.
