From my point of view, her approach does not look " simple " . If I should guess what factors were most important for her son, I'd end up pointing to * Short period from onset of illness to start of diet cure. * Good understanding of basic principles behind the diet AND an open mind in searching for additional clues / opportunities. * Intensive intervention from dedicated teachers We hope that the GFCFkids diet survey will help us answer these questions with less guesswork and more precision !
