Guest guest
I am new to RSS and am reading with great interest all the posts of the past 5 years. My greatest concern now is how to get more calories into my son. He goes to daycare and although the provider claims he is eating as much as the others, I have my doubts. This is mainly because he doesn't eat very well on the weekends. I give him a milkshake at night before bed. So, he barely eats breakfast. I also read some posts about not giving too many sugary snacks. Does fruit also count in that? We have worked with a nutritionist to determine that he gets 1100-1400 calories a day. I am sure you have all discussed this before. If someone can give me a quick primer, I would appreciate it. 1. What is your daily food menu? 2. Those of you who send your kids to daycare (or even kindergarten), do you send all the snack.
