Guest guest
OK, here is a very plain but good cookie, For the 1 cup of flour sub I mixed together potato starch, sorghum flour and some amaranth. It doesn't say what degree oven and I put it at 350 degrees and wound up cooking them for about 14 minutes. Also, instead of the vanilla I used Frontiers alcohol free banana flavor. 1/4 cup oil 1/2 cup sugar 2 eggs (not sure if replacer would work) 1/2 tsp vanilla, or 1/8 tsp vanilla bean pulp 1 cup flour sub (I used rice, tapioca, potato starch) 1/2 cup arrowroot flour 1 tsp guar gum 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp sea salt Mix oil and sugar together. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Stir remaining ingredients together and add to wet ingredients. Mix well. Roll 1/8 inch thick on arrowroot floured board. Cut into desired shapes. Prick with fork and bake in preheated oven for 8-10 minutes till they are golden brown. on LOng Island New York * ________________________________________________________________ GET INTERNET ACCESS FROM JUNO!
