I used to bake breads before entering the GFCF phase of my life so I have

been using my French bread pan. It holds 2 of the long french bread

loaves. The concave shape is perfect for forming the hotdog bun shape and

it is long enough that each side can make 3 buns, 6 in total, which is

all my recipe makes. You have the flexibility of makinig them any length

you want...minis to foot longs. Just an idea if anyone has one...but

you've probably already been there, done that!
