*Sorry* if I ask something that to most may be obvious.I find myself

pretty ignorant about this subject: What does *Kosher* mean? I found

it on salt or on other products and I see it posted on gf/cf

websites, and a lot of you talk about it. My english is pretty good,

but my knowledge of american products is not (I come from Italy); and

how about kosher " inspectors " ? And what's the difference between sea

salt and kosher salt? In Italy we only use sea salt-rock salt for us

is sea productas well, and we use it for cooking many foods including

pastas-? :-)

Also, I use vanillin-oetker brand: is that ok? before I check with

manufacturer?

Thank you.
