My question is what sources of hidden gluten/casein did you all find? has shown lots of improvement but I feel we could see more improvement. I now have energy (a little!) to search for hidden g and c and am ready to make sure we are completey gfcf. We were initially phenol free and yeast free too. WE have successfully added back peanuts, eggs, corn, apples, bananas, golden raisens. She is a picky eater though but whose kid isn't? I am very suspicious of all sorts of hot dogs...she gets spacey and stimmy even though we use the gfcf ones. Next we'll look into all teh testing and think about treatment for yeast and chelation. We only occasionally give her Schiff's vitamins anad CLO. Otherwise no supplements. Thalnks in advance for all teh advice! I have found the people on this list so creative and helpful!
