Birthday Success but not for the one who needs it

Hey guys- Although my 2 yoa NT daughter Beth's birthday was rained

out. We had about 30 inches of rain in HOuston. I made a GFDF cake

just for our family.

It was a big hit. I used the Pineapple Velvet Cake Recipe from Karyn

S' book and the butter cream frosting from there also. Because we

were rained in I didn't have enough potatoe starch flour so I tried

the Betty Hagman's flour recipe of Gavaflour, Sorghum, Cornstacrhc,

and Tapioca Flour and it was big hit.

Plus decorating with a Pooh theme didn't hurt either. Everyone

gobbled it up except my Sammy ( my girl 3 w/ PDD Nos)

She's been on the diet since 04/30- when will she eat other foods?

If I see another McD french fry I am gonna turn into Mc.

I bet she has other allergies, but I don't want to make other changes

until I get some lab work and MD consults.

Just venting. Thanks. Thanks for all the support. If it wasn't for

you guys I would have never attempted sucha project as makeing a

birthday cake that GFCF for company ( even though they didn't come)
