F Well, is he going to swim at the beach or in a pool? In the first case a pair of regular swimming shorts (or " speedos " ) should be good enough. In the second case...ouchh!! How about doubling with a pair of training underwear under his swimsuit? and buy a bigger swimsuit to fit that? but, my question is: there is no specialized farmacy or store that sells items for children and adults with handicaps around where you live? They should sell adult size diapers as well as swimsuits that are the throw away kind...I think. Or not? Sorry of so little help....
