Hi

Is the frozen mocha mix OK? I bought some for DD when it was REALLY hot

here last week and she loves it. I can't see anything in it that's not GFCF.

someone advised to use mocha mix as a milk subs, I do not recall on

what list so I'll post it here and there...

The ingredients say (I bought it yesterday) <...sodium stearolyc

lactylate...> among the rest of them. I do not believe it is safe. Do

any of you think so?

The GFCFdiet has it listed as safe, about half way down the page.
