Hi, ,

Amy's weight shot up from 109 (when she was very ill) to 138 in just a short

time. She's slowly working her way down by exercising and watching carbs. We

keep sugar to a minimum, generally only having a treat once a week. I think

she looks slimmer now because she has more muscle than she did when she was so

ill. Gaining those pounds was hard on her, but she was way too thin at 109,

too.

For exercise she's done some walking, tennis, and yard work. Hope this

helps.

Hi ,

There has been a change with more doctors using ATDs than ever before. Many

people lose weight by restricting carbohydrates and the product CLA (Tonalin)

is also reported to help. My doctor lost weight using it and recommends it.

Best, Elaine
