Hi Everyone

I am glad to be back in the group after purchasing a new computer after the

death of my old one.

I was diagnosed almost two years ago with Graves. My endo is great and he

stresses treatment by how yu feel not by what the number show (WITHIN REASON).

At first h told me I would not be able to stay on ATD's for more than a year.

Then he stretched it a bit more. Now he is stretching it again. His Nurse

Practitioner says if I have RAI I will be on drugs and I am on drugs now so

why be concerned. My internist hates the ATD's and is afraid of the side

effects...I have had none. Has there been a change in the way the docs feel

about

ATD's. Seems they used to be so pushy ith RAI. I am not complaining. I am

seriously thinking of telling him I WON " T have RAI.

I do hate the4 weight gain though!!! Hasd anything worked for anyone aside

from starving?

(Fat but Feelin' GOOD)
