Guest guest
I'm still quite new to all this and my question may have been asked - and answered - many times before: Do all of you have separate GFCF and non-GFCf kitchen utensils (mixing bowls, cutlery, wooden spoons, sieve/colander, saucepans, frying pans, bakings trays, tins, chopping board and measuring jugs)? In one of the books I am reading at the moment this is recommended very strongly to avoid cross-contamination. Would washing these utensils thoroughly not be sufficient? I am quite concerned that my daughter's school and the respite centre and especially her Dad will not cooperate in that respect...
