Guest guest
I was already being treated for allergies and was seeing the allergist for a full appointment rather than the usual drop-by for the shot routine, and he and I were talking, I did one of my bug-eyed WHAT?? kind of responses to something he said (I have large blue eyes, runs in family, always been a " good " feature in the family) but this time it didn't get the " isn't that cute reaction " it got a " I think we should check your thyroid " !!!!!!! He referred me right out to an endocrinologist where it was confirmed that I was hyper. That was in 1991. I am in my third bout and continue to refuse RAI, taking tapazole. Elainetm Hello L. Guest guest
I'm sorry, , I didn't even catch that (too early and before sufficient caffeine <smile>). More than you wanted to know and wrong pew, huh? Good luck in your search. I've managed to escape that auto-immune, but did manage to grab RA, allergies, Graves, and may be heading into diabetes. Our bodies do not like to lay down on this auto-immune job do they? Elainetm Blessed is he who expects nothing, for he shall never be disappointed. -- Swift Hello L.
