how much synthroid?

The rule of thumb is 1 mcg. per pound of body weight for someone who is

hypOthyroid. That's a good starting point. Some people may need more and some

less. Everyone is different I have no idea whether having had RAI would

increase the amount you need.

Never having had RAI or being HypO, that's the best I can do. I'm sure Elaine

Can you get Free T3 testing too? That - and adding replacement hormone

for the T3 hormone as well as T4 (which is what synthroid) - seems to be

especially important for people who became hypo through RAI.
