Hi Evelyn,

Potato flakes are great used for coating as you would use bread crumbs.

I only have used them in the oven though, don't know how thet would come

out fried, but when I make nuggets in my oven I dip the chicken in egg or

brush Canoline mayo on the chicken pieces and then shake in a bag of

potato flakes and seasoning and then bake.

I also use potato flakes in my meatballs and meatloaf as a filler,

instead of bead crumbs all the time.
