I only have used them in the oven though, don't know how thet would come out fried, but when I make nuggets in my oven I dip the chicken in egg or brush Canoline mayo on the chicken pieces and then shake in a bag of potato flakes and seasoning and then bake. I also use potato flakes in my meatballs and meatloaf as a filler, instead of bead crumbs all the time. on Long Island New York * ________________________________________________________________ GET INTERNET ACCESS FROM JUNO!
