Beth,

once you reached the goal of 100% GFCF you can not just peel cheese off

as the cross contamination can be there. Cross contamination is

something that alot of people don't even realize - crumbs in your toaster

from gluten products, sharing a knife that just cut a gluten sandwich,

milk that dripped from a milk carton onto the food on the shelf below and

here is a big one most probably never think of - the splatters of food

left on the top inside of your micro.

Yes, right there at the entrance to the concourse, I think, which will

make it more difficult to snatch it away from him for a time, until I can

get in the plane and find seats, etc!!!!! Maybe the flight attd. would

give me our three special lunches a bit ahead of time, for me to whisk

over to the ladies room which usually has a large area of counter I could

set the bags on and do my job!!!!!!!!!!!
