If anyone has a dynamite vanilla wafer cookie could you please share!

I have tried a couple of recipes and they didn't work or may be I'm

still too much of a novice baker to make it work.

My daughter adores vanilla wafers and still goes to one place I have

not yet managed to get rid of unopen boxes and stands there and

whines cookie. I can not get her to eat any

GFCF cookie.

It would a joy if she would just eat cookies and juice! Thanks

Thanks for the offer of other cookie recipes. I've tried to get Sam

to eat the Chocolate Chip Toll House GFDF cookie, pear spice cookie,

butter cookie etc.

All my other kids and hubby will eat them but not her. Someone

posted this vanilla wafer cookie recipe- I am gonna try that. Thanks

you. Plus last week someone else posted a GFDF " oreo " cookie

recipe. She liked those pre diet ( although she really just ate the

middles but eventually she would eat the cookie)

I think my best bet is to stick with what she liked pre diet and try

to duplicate that. I keep hoping now that she is on the diet her

likes will increase.
