Lucille,

It is common to take ATDs after RAI, but I understand your concerns as it

sounds like your doctor doesn't know how to use them. While it can take months

for you to become hypo post RAI, others can go hypo more quickly. I was hypo 2

weeks after RAI. Did your doctor test your TSH, FreeT3 & FreeT4 yet? Or is

he only testing your TSH?
