URGENT - Anyone who went to NJ gathering

HELP! I have procrastinated. Katy got the personal stories in to

me, and now it is 11pm and the newsletter copy is due in 17 hours,

and I have waited too long to begin....

I want to include an update on the NJ Gathering. Can someone email

me the following information? I was going to write Jody/Jen/Jodie

directly but afraid they may not check email in the next 10 hours...

families: JodiZ, JodieC, , Judith, Mini, Malathi, Katy,

, family from Brooklyn. I think that was it.

food. The rest of us bought a dessert etc. There was so much

food. They had organized a lot of games for the kids - pint the

pumpkin, a piniata, had a song/story teller. It was a lot of fun.

Great to put faces to names and meet the other RSS kids. This was

the first time I had seen any other than my own son.

hey jennifer!!!

it was at the Madison Community House in Madison, NJ on Sat. Oct.

16th from 12-3pm

We had approx.25 people there with i believe 10kids (jodi z would

have a better idea)

we had a childrens entertainer come and sing songs, we painted

pumpkins and the kids had a pinata to break that contained little

packs of animal crakers, oreos, fruit snacks, ritz crakers, rice

crispie treats, gold fish crackers.

we had a ton of food-ziti, meatball, salads, soup, lunch meat

platter, hot dogs, smiley face fries, dino chicken nuggets (wanted

to make sure the kids would possibly eqt something!!! lol!!)

actually everyone said you would never know it was a gathering for

kids the have a problem eating with all the food there was!!!!

everyone had fun just hanging out and talking!!! and learning from

one another!!!

jodi z would be able to probably give you more input, oh yeah on a

funny note the police ended up paying us a visit after the fire

alarm went off!!! who ever used the oven last must not have cleaned

it and there was grease all over the bottom, that caused smoke when

the oven heated up!!!! also jen's mom took the left over food to

the mission i believe and jodi z dropped off left over desserts to

the police station!!! (pay back for shutting off the alarm, LOL!!!)
