Hi

Finally we have Liam booked for a nuclear scan?? is this what you

guys call a scintigrophy scan?? I need to know how Dr H likes to

have them done, I remember her saying to us she has special

instuctions. Is it how much fluid and positioning? Anyone thats had

it done, I would really appreciate any help. I would of emailed Dr H

but probably not left enough time, will try though.

We are really hoping to get some accurate results with this test.

Liam had a chest xray last week, because he seems to always have a

wet cough at the moment, that showed bronchial thickening, anyone

else had results like this?

Thank you

Jody(mum to Liam 3yrs 4mnths 10.2kg ?how many cm)

PS will be starting growth hormone within the next month, very

nervous!!!

The gastric emtpying study that had done with DR. H used

MILK laced with whatever they use. Some studies use barium. SHe

felt that a barium study wasn't accurate because children don't

drink barium on a regular basis.... jenn
