I use jar sauce as a last resort, usually make my own with canned tomatoes, garlic, onion, basil, a little olive oil and season to taste mary

" SPICE MUSH " Freeze an onion and once it is frozen grate it on a cheese grater (a clean one without any contaminating residue on it), I use frozen onions as it makes a mush when it is grated, and this way there are no pieces, as my son likes it without seeing the stuff. Freeze a green, red or yellow pepper and grate that into it too and squish some garlic cloves into it. I use this as a great seasoning base in most of my cooking. Mix it together real good. It can be frozen in little batches and just throw in a batch. on Long Island New York * ________________________________________________________________ GET INTERNET ACCESS FROM JUNO!
