Maybe if you have a heart to heart with this person and tell them that

many people here in the States are on them indefinately, they'll start

to wonder and start reading up on it? It can't hurt to explain that

some people have taken them for many many years. At least it plants

the seed, and express your desire to stay on them since you've learned

that as long as the blood work for the liver enzymes stays within

range, they are safe.

I'm not above trying anything. My dr fed me the 18 months story, but

he's in for a rude awakening when he brings it up again. I'm just not

going for it.

See, that's a step in the right direction! I think some of these

guy's just like to bully and see if we'll agree with whatever they

say. I'm like you, I don't want to have to take a pill everyday, but

if it's between this and more problems, keep me on this pill and let's

just keep it in check! :-)
