Guest guest
Does anyone know how many calories are in a can of Chicken Noodle Soup - noodles and " chicken " only? (no broth) My son is now approaching his 3rd birthday and starting to take a serious interest in food (idiopathic SGA, hypotonia, g- tube). We've cut his tube feedings from 4 in the day and 1 pump session at night down to 2 in the day and 1 at night. Now as he's eating more, we're trying to estimate how much we should cut back his tube feeding as he eats more. thanks, Steve
Guest guest
Steve, Believe it or not, it depends on the brand of soup. Is there a calorie content on the label? If so, then I would deduct just a few calories for the broth. Broth does not have much to it. Most come from the chicken and noodles.
