Latex is an allergen and some people are very sensitive to it. Anaphylactic

reactions are possible in some people. It is however GFCF. You DO need to

watch out for some latex rubber gloves where the linings are coated with

powder to make putting them on easier. Often the powder is some form of

starch and may contain wheat oat or corn starch.
