Guest guest
There are great individual variations, both regards * What symptoms there are to see * When they appear: This can depend on a number of factors * What parents actually notice * How people interpret what they notice I suggest that you look up the GFCFkids diet survey at www.gfcfdiet.com and look at the infringement questionnaire and the infringement report. We need to do a bit more work on the statistics here, but the report gives you the general picture, and the questionnaire is ready for the submission of YOUR report. Guest guest
, I understand that a " reaction " can vary considerably among individuals. I my case, even a little casein brings on an intense migraine in 2-4 hours. It feels like my head is full of lava. And I feel like gagging and throwing up. It is this all over pain in the head and I am really, really crabby. Don't want anyone within 10 feet of me and want to scream, scream, scream. But that's just me. My oldest son reacts the same way. My younger son also gets headpain but just quietly flops around the house, laying on the floor, couch or whatever, looking very sullen and sad. We are like this for a solid day and a half. Then is takes about one more day of feeling half better. Then we are okay. Kind of follows the 3 day pattern of casein leaving the body. . Guest guest
Hi My daughter gets really hyper and silly. Crazy giggles, running wild, staring at nothing and laughing - I'm sure you know the story! Margaret
