what's a casein reaction like?

has had gluten reactions (crying, diarrhea, abdominal pain, ect) with

infractions, but I don't know what to expect with a casein infraction.. I ask

because today he got ahold of some popcorn that had butter flavor on it..

this was around 2:30 or 2:45 PM. At 4PM, when his hab therapist came to see

him, he was uncooperative (kicking, crying) and didn't focus on anything for

very long. He was more verbal (according to the therapist) than he was last

friday, do it's kinda mixed reports.. She wasnt' sure if it was the weather

(it was rainy and cool here in AZ for a change) or if it was the butter

flavoring or what.. Any thoughts?
