Zucchine, carrots, and how about crispy cauliflour (if you are

breading it)? does potato include sweet potatoes too? and squash as

well, for breading or " flouring " (even with corn flour).Does he go

for bell peppers? thin slices of those are good fried too, if you use

a batter-but also just in oil w/o flouring-

You can buy ground chicken, and turkey. Or not? I use it all the

time. I buy Farms chicken and turkey. Maybe add and egg in the

mix to keep together a bit (I don't remember, are you avoidng eggs?

if so OOPS!)then bread with gf bread crumbs. Maybe freeze them a bit

before frying them, so they stay together better when you dip them in

the oil? But I never tried them that way. How about changing type of

meat? Do y'all eat pork? It does good breaded too. Or veal?

I found out recently that my son likes pork ribs too, so we BBQ once

a week.

Maybe you could try kohlrabi as french fri substitutes? I''ve never tried

frying them, but kohlrabi makes me think of potatoes. If sweet potatoes are

tollerated, they are great french fried.
