Happy 4th everyone. How blessed we are to have our freedom. I was thinking

about the poor people who don't have access to the internet and all the

support we are lucky to have to help our children.

I was trying a recipe that calls for Fructose. I did a search to find out

about fructose and what I could use since I didn't have any in the house.

Found this website that gives information about functions of baking

ingredients. I thought, wow, I didn't know that. I'm fairly new to the

scratch baking and converting recipes. Anyway, I thought some of you might

like to see this. Enjoy!
