looking for rice/corn chex substitutes

Hi..

My girls (2 years and 10 months) do not like sweetened cereal. I am looking for

a GFCF alternative to something like rice or corn chex. We've tried the puffed

rice, and that sticks to their hands and it's too frustrating for them to eat.

Since we use it for snacks, we need something that's good for finger food.

Would appreciate any suggestions, plus tips on where to find it--online or

elsewhere.

Thanks,

mom to , 25 mos, autism

and Siohban, 10 mos, wondering about her too!

Michele

Since it sounds like Barbara Brown Rice Crispies which are fruit juice

sweetened are out. Have you tried Amazon Frosted Flakes and Gorilla Munch

which are GFCF. They are both $2.86 per box which beats the prices at the

supermarket for regular Kellogs frosted flakes. Health Valley has Corn and

Rice crunch ems which are under $3.00 also.

LOL,

Sharon

,

Try Health Valley Rice Crunch 'Ems and Corn Crunch 'Ems - really just like

corn and rice chex, possibly even a bit more bland. I find them at my

supermarket in the health food section or at the health food store.
