LJ (my 6 year old son on this diet) and I eat bakery bread from Deland

Bakery. It is fresh, not frozen bread that we get at my HFS. You can

also order direct from the bakery, if you can't find a HFS that carries

it, or call them & ask if anyone local to you carries their product. They

have a minimum of 24 items for shipment, if you order. All their GFCF

products are made with millet flour - . Here are a few ex.

ZUCCHINI BREAD> - organic millet flour, zucchini, brocoli, cabbage,

carrots, carrot juice, baking powder, sea salt (This bread is great, the

veggies are hidden!!)

MILLET CINNAMON RAISIN BUNS> - organic millet flour, cinnamon, raisins,

apple, water, baking powder, sea salt

BAGELS PLAIN> - organic millet flour, water, baking powder, sea salt

(not at all like a bagel. But these are round so they're good for

hamburger buns)

They also have millet hot dog buns t(more like a mini hero though) and I

use these to make an individual pizza for LJ. Don't remember if they

have rice flour though cause some of their breads do.

Here is their # and address.

Deland Bakery

128 N. Woodland Blvd.

DeLand, Florida 32720 phone (904)734-7553

Also they use no preservatives in their bread.

on Long Island New York

,

I have been leary of millet because I keep hearing (not on this

group) that millet is often cross-contaminated with gluten grains.

Does Deland guarantee that their millet comes from a completely

uncontaminated source? I'd love to try millet bread, but I've just

been wary. (We have BIG reactions to gluten.)
