I haven't checked with Shelton's about these patties, but I would assume

they are okay. The spice in their hot dogs is mustard seed and salt. The

spice in most breakfast sausage, is sage. (In fact, I make my own breakfast

sausage with Shelton's ground turkey, sage, and salt.)

On a post dated May 20, there is a list of gluten free foods from Shelton's.

The turkey sausage patties are on that list.
